One made it through my spam filter this morning, too, kim...

Bathroom update: painters coming today to spray coat the walls (which are drywalled, taped and mudded).... tomorrow, they are coming to paint the colors on.

Monday and Tuesday, workers come back to set the toilet, and hook up the vanity sinks and put up towel bars, and mirrors, etc.... it's almost done!

I have a hair stylist extroidenaire daughter...who continualy comes home with a different color hair..

I told her...when I get the new bathroom..she will have to wash her hair OUTSIDE..lol NO DYED HAIR in my new bathroom!!! (including ME!)
I say this after spritzing my pink tinged bathtrub with Cl***x Clean-up. (don't want to promote a product and get in trouble..lol)

NO hair color in your beautiful stuff, for sure!

I have not put tile in the bathroom, EXCEPT for a beautiful rustic porcelein tile on the floor... i am NOT a big fan of cleaning moldy grout, which seems inevitable with tile...

So... i am using a shower "surround" from Lowe's... along with a nice deep tub that has arm rest and a slanted back for support when lying back... much MUCH less expensive than tile and suits me just fine.

The next homeowners will have all the plumbing in place, brand new, and if they want to yank out the surround and put in real tile, it will be easy for them to do... then THEY can have the pleasure of grout cleaning, LOL...

I just ordered the painters a pizza for lunch...coming out on the weekend and all...texture coat today ("knockdown") and paint color tomorrow. I'll post pictures tomorrow after the color is in...

just thought I'd give you some vicarious fun!

what a pain in the ass!!! I hate that kind of crap. I called the police once for someone that threatened my life and my families, I even made the channel 4 news. Anyway, they caught the guys in some country, I can't remember. Yes my little sheriffs department did more than their job that day.

Maybe OH can do something about it if you turn it in?
